Following the receipt of outline planning permission to redevelop the site in 2021, and the selection of Barratt London as Joint Venture Partner in 2023, both parties have been working to update the proposals to reflect the latest building regulations and scheme design.
As a reminder, the consented proposals will provide:
Up to 900 homes to rent and buy, 50% of which will be affordable.
New public space linking Acton and Chiswick, including green space and public realm on the western side of Bollo Lane.
Workspace and retail offers: more shops and employment opportunities in this area.
